Cozyshelf Terms of Use
By installing or using the Cozyshelf app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, no-cost licence to use Cozyshelf on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
2. Restrictions
- do not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except where the law allows it;
- do not resell, rent, or redistribute the app;
- do not call the server-side lookup functions outside the app, in an automated way, or at volumes that place an unreasonable load on them;
- do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
3. Your content
The books, notes, images, and other data you enter remain yours. They are stored locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the images and text you add.
4. Backups
You are responsible for creating and keeping your own backups. Uninstalling the app erases all local data, and it cannot be recovered without a backup you made.
5. Book metadata
Book details come from automated sources and may be incomplete or incorrect. The developer makes no warranty as to their accuracy; please verify and edit them manually where needed.
6. Service availability
The online book lookup feature is provided "as is" and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. The rest of the app works offline.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app. These limits do not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. A revised version will be published on this page with a new date; continued use of the app means you accept it.
